Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sandhills Geeks, LLC, doing business as Track Your Dump ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Track Your Dump website and dumpster tracking software (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services.

Description of Services

Track Your Dump provides dumpster tracking software designed for waste management and roll-off container businesses. Our Services include:

• Real-time GPS tracking of dumpster locations
• Photo documentation at drop-off and pickup
• Job logging and history tracking
• Dispatcher dashboard and admin tools
• Driver mobile application

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your employees and contractors comply with these Terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sandhills Geeks, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data, photos, or content you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the Services.

Payment Terms

Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
